What is your shipping policy?

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 business days and delivered within 4 to 8 days after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a ₹50 fee applies below that.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Email support@famifit.in to start a return.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item within the 7-day window, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available pan-India for orders placed on famifit.in.
